This client came to us with a brand that had an existing product market fit. They were in business for several years and they needed help with scaling ads and content distribution. Their main bottleneck was they didn't have a reliable marketing team that could scale their business in the most efficient and profitable way. The first thing we did, was establish clear KPIs. We then studied the brand closely and identified what was working really well over the last years. Our next step was to scale their UGC content creation library by producing creatives that were already proven, and on top of that, we also tested new creative concepts that ended up really helping the brand.

Thanks to our advertising  and creative efforts we were able to increase their Q4 revenue by almost 90% year over a year. Other than having a clear proven strategy, what allowed us to get these results was monitoring the account very closely and adjusting budgets to make sure KPI's were being hit almost every day.
