The client came to us with a great collection of products. They had a good organic foundation and they were running some google ads. Their main issue was making social ads work. The first thing we focused on was producing high quality User Generated Content from our network of creators. We then restructured and optimized their Meta ads account and launched. Within the first month we doubled their monthly revenue and continued scaling aggressively.
What allowed us to scale even more aggressively was building their entire email marketing infrastructure. Within 3 months we increased their email marketing monthly revenue from 7% to over 20%. This allowed us to scale more with paid advertising as our email flows and campaigns were working on the backend. We also ended up managing their Google ads which allowed us to take even more control of the busienss and scale all the way up to $400k per month.
